Shipping Information
What to Expect
Once you place your order we will begin processing your order right away. Most items are processed within 5-7 business days and are then shipped via UPS. Some items may need additional time to create, such as custom and personalized items. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. If you need an item by a specific date, i.e. Christmas, please contact us before ordering to make sure we can accomodate your needs. You may select a faster shipping method at checkout.
If you are ordering an item that is "Backordered", please allow 1-2 additional weeks for processing.
If you don't receive an order confirmation or tracking information, please check your Spam folder.
All orders ship via USP and we do not ship to PO Box's.
Free Shipping offers are only good for addresses in the Continental United States.
